orange cream and chocolate nuggets
For 6-8 tablespoons
1 whole egg 3 egg
40 g. caster sugar 60 g white chocolate
50 g dark chocolate
8 cl orange juice concentrate
50 g butter 30 g vermicelli chocolate
Heat the orange juice over a low heat.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, then add the orange juice is hot. Put the mixture on low heat and let thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in the butter and white chocolate into small pieces. Mix and keep in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
